Background
Earlier this year, we conducted a survey and found that the top three challenges facing those who responded were:
1. “Staying focused” and “doing what I know to do”
2. “Working with others” and “relating to others”, and
3. Sales, marketing and outreach.
The Reality for a Change Group Coaching Series
We see these challenges as interconnected, and since we are all facing these challenge in one way or another, we wanted to start a group coaching series to co-create a way forward together. We’re not here to simply give you our conclusions and/or prescriptions, but to inquire with you so that together we can discover new pathways for change, which we feel is one of the most important skills we need to develop in our times of rapid change and uncertainty.
During times of wide ranging change and uncertainty, our normal response it to revert to what is most habitual. We discount interpretations and options for action that are different from those we know and trust. We act to defend our interests. At best, we get better at what we have always done. We remain secure in the cocoon of our own worldview, isolated from the larger world.
The purpose of this coaching and inquiry series is to help us all to relax, slow down and access deeper levels of awareness of the larger whole — both as it is and as it is evolving — that can lead us to actions that increasingly serve the emerging whole, of which we are a part. Here are some of the questions we’ll be addressing in these sessions:

What happens when you lose your focus?
Why do you lose your focus?
How do you know what the right thing to do is in the moment?
How do you resolve upsets and/or disagreements with others?
Is there an unconscious intent behind most of your communication? What is that?
How can you dissolve the anxiety that exists in sales conversations (whether you are selling a product, a service or simply selling your ideas)?
If you want simple answers and prescriptions, this series is not for you. It will challenge you to think, to look within and initiate. If you’re up for the challenge, as well as the humor and growth it can bring, join us!
