The Three Keys to Productivity

What gets in the way of our knowing what really needs to be done and when it needs to be done? And, what gets in the way of our doing it? These are the key questions that are addressed in this two-day workshop, which includes four hour-long coaching sessions after the two-day session to support you in carrying out the commitments you make as a result of the workshop.

In this workshop you’ll see the patterns and habits that we put together prior to age five, when we were in an immature consciousness and you’ll see how much we are still caught up in those today without conscious awareness. And, you’ll be freed up from the unconscious grip of these habits, leaving you with the ability to do the right things for the right reasons, which means less distraction, less avoidance and more clarity and power.

Conscious Co-Creation: Supporting One Another to be Wise

Whether it is a community group, organization, business or nation, collectives of people thrive when everyone in them is offering his or her maximum engagement, intelligence and creativity. This is conscious co-creation, the process by which we come together to co-create an outcome much greater than what we could achieve ourselves.

As wise managers, we know this, but how do we achieve this goal? By supporting one another to realize our potential.  Sounds obvious, but it’s not so simple.

What gets in the way is our fear of one another’s empowerment. For example:

  • How can I empower the people around me to be wise when I am anxious to prove how valuable I am?
  • How do I empower people whose views I oppose?
  • Why would my staff support my empowerment when they resent my authority or their wages?
  • Why would my employees support one another’s empowerment when they are competing for promotions and higher pay? Why would my fellow organizational members support one another’s empowerment when they are competing for status and political or social power?

The only way to overcome these obstacles is to promote a culture in which people understand that their interests are linked with one another’s. Conscious Co-Creation: Supporting One Another to Be Wise is a program dedicated to helping your organization do just that.

Living with Reality in Business

Based on the principles and practices of the Living with Reality program and book that has helped hundreds of people to bring higher consciousness into everyday living while simultaneously becoming more neutral and more fully alive, we are offering the Living with Reality in Business program. In this deeply transformational program, which is custom designed for you and your organization in partnership with us, we help you look at the realities of your business so that you can live with those realities more gracefully and effectively. These realities include:

1. The objective condition of your business: The structures, processes, environment, etc.

2. The subjective realities:

  • Of the individuals that work there.
  • Of the culture within the organization.
  • The culture in which they live.

We look at: How do these factors come together to impact your organization?

A key focus of the program is helping people shift from seeing themselves separate individuals to experiencing themselves as a part of one integrated whole. Through this process, people embrace doing what is for what is for the highest good of the company instead of what they feel is merely in their own best interest. Participants come to understand and live from the observation that they benefit by doing what is for the highest good of all. They learn that they are supported by supporting the collective. They learn to ask: what is for the highest good of all? And they act on that knowledge. In this way, they are able to collaborate, communicate and partner with each other much more effectively.

Life as a Transformational Moment

A transformational moment is one in which we are presented with a challenge either for the first time, or for the hundredth time, and we choose a different reaction, and we are capable of a different response. This is so vital in the workplace where we get attached to things going our way and feeling that our survival is dependent upon us achieving a specific external result.

Those who believe that “If it’s meant to be, it will be easy and just flow” have missed the point, which is that our lives are not a series of events leading to an external result. They are a series of choices leading to an internal result. Without struggle, without challenge, there would be no need to alter our reactions and evolve into a new state of being.

This program supports us to end the constant struggle to be “there” instead of “here” and be “that” instead of “this.” It enables us to relax into the current moment and gives us the keys to live life as an ongoing series of transformational moments.
